I’ll take care of the technical details, design your community architecture, build workflows and more—while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most. Together, we’ll create a space that feels intentional, aligned with your goals, and ready to welcome your members.

What’s Included
1. Community Setup Checklist
A shared checklist to track progress and ensure no detail is missed.
2. Planning & Architecture
Kickoff Call (60–90 minutes): Collaborate on your community goals, structure, and Circle settings.
Community Architecture: Create space groups, spaces, and settings.
3. Branding & Imagery
Add logos, icons, and colors. For imagery, choose from 7 templates or I will provide a Design Request Presentation for your own designer.
4. Onboarding & Member Management
Create onboarding sequence, community guidelines, and moderation settings.
Set up basic Circle Workflows to support member engagement and management.
5. Paywalls & Locked Screens
Configure paywalls and create locked screens.
6. Feedback & Collaboration
3 rounds of feedback and adjustments to refine the setup (e.g., adjustments to architecture, branding, workflows).
2 check-in calls (30–60 minutes).
In addition to the above, I’ll send you items to approve throughout the process.

On our Kickoff Call, we will establish how and where we communicate. Most often it is a combination of email + chat.
For timeframe, The Starter Kit is designed to be completed within 2 weeks from our Kickoff Call, giving you a quick and efficient path to a polished community. The 2-week timeframe assumes timely communication and approval on your part. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend the timeline. -
The items below are not included in The Starter Kit. If you’d like additional support in any of these areas, I’m available at an hourly rate.
Course content uploads.
Advanced integrations beyond Circle Workflows (like Zapier, etc.).
Circle Marketing Hub and general marketing support.
Beta testing and full migration support.
Launch strategy and support.

Discovery Call: Please schedule a free call to ensure we’re a good fit and I can help you reach your Circle goals.
Kickoff Call: After payment, we’ll dive into your community structure and goals during a 60–90 minute call.
Setup & Feedback: I’ll build out your community and send designs, settings, and workflows for your review and approval. This includes 3 rounds of refinement.
Delivery & Support: Final setup will be completed within 2 weeks of the Kickoff Call, with 2 check-in calls for additional support. After the final check-in call, additional support will be available at an hourly rate.

You can buy The Starter Kit on my website or, if you prefer, you can hire me through Upwork. The Starter Kit is slightly more expensive on Upwork to help cover platform fees.

We ask all clients to complete a Discovery Call to ensure we’re aligned on goals and outcomes before beginning the project. Due to the nature of this service and the time invested, refunds are not available.
While this offering includes full implementation of your setup, the success of your community depends on ongoing engagement and maintenance.
